Terms of Engagement

These terms govern use of the public THEME website, authenticated web application, and client mobile application. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligible users and accounts

Client access is invitation-controlled or approved registration. Consultant and administrator accounts are provisioned by THEME. You must keep credentials confidential and notify THEME of suspected unauthorised access.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use the platform only for lawful wellness consultancy and personal account management.
  • Do not attempt to access another person’s CWD, assessment responses, or consultant notes.
  • Do not scrape, index, or republish restricted catalogue or client content.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

3. Intellectual property and TRL media

THEME content, instruments, branding, and licensed gallery/media remain THEME or licensor property. Only media with approved rights status may be publicly streamed; restricted media may be consultant-only or assigned-client content.

4. Service boundaries

THEME does not provide licensed EHR functionality, automated medical diagnosis, prescribing, or emergency treatment. Public website forms create controlled leads/enquiries and do not automatically create an active CWD unless an approved workflow permits it.

5. Limitation and governing law

To the extent permitted by Ugandan law, THEME’s liability for platform use is limited as described in the Wellness & Medical Disclaimer. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
