Two workspaces, one sign-in

After you authenticate, THEME routes you to the client portal or the professional portal based on your roles. Support pathways happen inside those apps not as public programme enrolment forms.

Client portal

• Home, start triage, visits, and profile
• THINQ assessments and specialty questionnaires
• Written results, and a Client Wellness Diary you open only by accepting a timed request
• Online triage chat after a paid virtual visit, plus Grow and account settings
• Optional email code after the password, when that account has it turned on

Professional portal

• Caseload and client lists. The diary stays closed until the client accepts access.
• In-person triage, or an online triage chat, after finance confirms payment
• Mark an online triage complete, then keep the client or link another professional
• Give specialty questionnaires and release an interpretation
• Written reports, result files, and the content library

Mindset Reset tracks can be assigned on a CWD when configured.

DOAR / pathways

Stepwise care pathway and DOAR steps appear when data exists for that client.

Triage tags

Clinician or auto tags stored on the CWD human review, not automated crisis triage.

Escalation

THEME is decision-support; medical emergencies go to licensed facilities.
